Supply and installation of La Vida model 2101 movable canopy

1- Metal structure 
Fixed with tensioners to the building made of iron without front columns
 The cross sections are made of iron boxes (mm2X100x100) and iron boxes (mm2X100x50), and the purlins are the connections between the sections ـــــــــــــــــــــــــــــــــــــــــــــــــــــــــــــــــــــــــــــــــــــــــــــــ
2 - Paints for the metal structure
First layer: Transpoxy Filler
Second layer: Transpoxy Master Bond
Third layer: Transo Than Finish 
These paints are characterized by their resistance to rust and weather factors
Aluminum paints Electrostatics in the color of your choice

3- La Vida System
A European-made movable canopy will be supplied, all sections made of coated European aluminum, with electrostatic paints in the color of your choice. The distance between each individual section is (60 cm) and the distance between the main sections responsible for movement ranges from (4m) to (3.5m), and all accessories are European-made. The canopy is fixed on iron columns (mentioned earlier) and there is a GUTTER for water drainage, and a cladding strip is installed above the motor pipe to protect it.

4 - Lighting units
Samsung LED spotlights, Korean-made,
Where lighting units (light Spot) are installed on the cross sections alternately between the sections of the canopy, with a distance of (120 cm) between each lighting unit

5 - Canopy motor
Equipped with a (CHERUBINI) Italian-made motor, with a replacement warranty, not maintenance (for five years). The opening and closing system is automatic and is controlled by remote control

 - 6 Covering material 
The canopy is fully covered with German imported P.V.C material gm850, which is characterized by high durability and strong resistance to weather factors, UV resistance, fire resistance, and high-frequency welding.
